Location
This unique country house is situated in Helenaveen, a charming village founded in 1853. Part of the municipality of Deurne, Helenaveen lies at the border of the provinces of Brabant and Limburg. Originally established for peat extraction, the village is named after Helena, the wife of its founder Jan van de Griendt, who developed the entire peat district known as Maria Peel/Horster Triangle and also founded the adjacent village of Griendtsveen.
